Skip has been making cakes and chocolates since 1996 when he and his friends wanted to make extra money to visit Skip's favorite vacation spot, Walt Disney World. They started making Easter eggs and they became so busy they sold over 1200 lbs of chocolate in the first 3 months. Skip took a cake decorating class to learn to make roses for the top of his Easter eggs. With class on Monday nights, each Tuesday became "cake day" at his job. His co-workers raved over his cakes not only for their appearance but the taste! Soon they began to ask him to make cakes for them and in just a few months Skip created his first wedding cake and groom's cake among many others.
Since then Skip has created cakes of all shapes and sizes, some so big they didn't fit in the back of his SUV fully assembled! Ask him which cake is his favorite and he will tell you "I'm not sure, maybe the one I just made".
Currently Skip is busy not only baking tasty cakes and chocolates but teaching Cake classes as well!
